Prior to paper submission, please fill out the JITH 2026 Pre-Registration Form (coming soon). 

Full papers of a maximum length of six (6) pages are expected in English or French. Yet, contributions in English, written and oral, are highly encouraged to ensure the JITH outcome benefits to the widest audience. 

There is no Abstract phase. For the time schedule, refer to Important Dates.

Papers must strictly comply with the JITH-templates hereafter :

Paper submission has to be performed on the Meteor Platform of Springer Nature. 

• Create an account to access the EquinOCS platform.
• Upload your paper as a PDF file as well as an editable document (word, latex) (under Complemental Archive as zip file).
• Select one of the four conference Topics which best fits to the content of your paper.
• Together with the two paper files (pdf, doc), provide in the submission platform the names, affiliations, and emails of all authors and precise the corresponding author.
• For any comments or queries, use the comments field.
