- Registration fees include accommodation in a double room for three nights (November 3-6, 2026) with full board, a gala dinner by the sea, coffee breaks, and access to all JITH 2026 presentations. An exhibition area will also be available for manufacturers and exhibitors to showcase their products and services.
- Additional pricing options: Single room supplement = 15 € per night.
- Price for accompanying persons: In a shared double room = 50 € per person per night ; In a single room = 60 € per person per night.
- For papers selected among the best contributions, these registration fees include the publication in the JITH 2026 Proceedings Book edited by Springer Nature.
- The participation fees apply as early bird registration until 15 September 2026. An additional fee of 100 € applies from 1 October 2026.
- The JITH 2026 is planned as an onsite event. A remote participation (via Visio-conference) will be possible for participants with no entry visa.
- The gala dinner is a networking event that will take place on (coming soon).
- Please note that each submitted paper requires at least one registered participation. Papers for which no author has registered and paid the participation fees will not be presented nor published even if initially accepted by the scientific committee.

- Do not forget to indicate your first name and last name in the payment order.
- you must indicate as payment reference your name and ID number of the paper you are registering for as follows : JITH2026_Name_xxx (where xxx = ID, for example 001). If you participate without being presenter of a paper then write JITH2026_Name_000.
